Vitaminwater PRESENTS DUNKXCHANGE FT LAUDERDALE FEAT CYHI THE PRINCE @ REVOLUTION COVERAGE

Here it goes....

I know many of you have been waiting for me to give my blunt honest opinion on Dunkxchange...
Well here it is I believe it was a success. Dunkxchange got the point across that there can only be one with a venue that can hold well over 3,000 people, they filled that building up... Nice spot but hallways are way to narrow in my opinion to but tables up on the second floor causing to much traffic not enough flow to walk around . Many tables many people selling sneakers but no buyers... It seems that this recession has gotten a hold of everyone.. As years go by the crowd keeps getting younger... as the hype builds on newer releases the original sneakers that are considered "Heat" are being forgotten in time everyone just wants to trade....

People need to understand that it takes alot of money to host events like this.. trust me I tried to host mine but the fuckers that owned the venue shut me down.. anyways moving on. This is a new location so we need to give it a chance and see where it goes.. I just hope this coverage rate of main entrance stays at 20 dollars because in my honest opinion even if they get Big Sean in there no one that is going to the actual DXC to sell sneakers not to see Big Sean is not going to drop 40 dollars to take the risk of people not buying there sneakers like I said before it is a recession and 40 dollars can come in handing at a time like this... this can lead to the decline of audience

As of the time change I actually think that was a good idea.. It's less hot in there, people get to dress more formal since it is a night event and they get to spend a nice saturday at a club that I know most of the audience in there can't really get into an actual club... the fact that it runs a little later takes away the young in my opinion annoying kids that go there to annoy and waste your time...

The performances were pretty awesome I must say some performers were straight lip singing and were in my opinion GARBAGE and others may think otherwise and others knew what they were doing.... the main performer of the night "CYHI THE PRICE" really had the crowd with their hands in the air the whole time... But I feel with this new idea of performance it will take away the original concept of people going to buy, sell, trade... bringing in a complete different audience that might have bad intentions and mind you, we are surrounded by sneakers in there that range anywhere from 30 dollars to 5,000 dollars... even tho the security this time was amazing no fights took place and no stolen sneakers from what I heard...

Good event but I feel due to alot of these youngsters trying to host there own events similar to Dunkxchange... DunkXChange felt the need of having to go all out... to let this young bloods know there can only but one.. but maybe Dunkxchange just tried too hard this time
